   For a good understanding on how to deal with an issue, one has to have knowledge of what it actually means. Disappointment is an emotion felt when strongly held expectations are not met. It basically is a feeling of being let down, a rude imposition that disrupts an individual's plans, forcing them to come up with quick alternatives which may be inadequate at that time, resulting to the said individual resorting to a less pleasant contingency plan. It's not altogether a novel feeling, we've all had cause to feel disappointed at one time or another.

   Hello everyone, I believe we have started practicing the tips we learnt in the previous Episode.    Temptation, a luring effect that causes you to do something you virtually won’t be proud or confident about. A defeat in temptation wears us out physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s easier said than done but to a large extent when you work on yourself, in the midst of falling, it doesn’t take long to recover and set a mark for another victory. No one is perfect anyway, we are all in a journey to perfection, that’s the more reason why we need to pay huge attention to this article.
