HOW TO USE THE COMMENT OPTION

Ever come across a blog post you wish to comment but don't know how? At some point I felt maybe " people are lazy to comment” . This thought was wiped out when a friend confined in me that she doesn’t know how to use the comment option and she is pretty sure there are million blog visitors who don’t know how to use the comment option.   So she encouraged me to put up a tutorial on the process. Initially I was skeptical cos I felt every one that has an internet experience should be able to comment. Unfortunately not all knows how to.    Majority users use their phones to visit this blog. When you open the blog it comes out this way (depending on the link you enter) Click on the post.

MY LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: INDIVIDUALITY by SkyQuin

Individuality is geared at encouraging a person to have a distinct and unique identity, one that is peculiar to him/her alone. It's defined as certain characteristics which contribute to the differentiation and distinction of something from a group of similar or comparable identity. Simply put, it is the quality that makes an individual stand out even in the midst of people with whom who he shares similar beliefs or values.

GUN MONKEY

If Charles Darwin's theory was right, we would have been like this.     Are monkey really mammals or just random dumb animals? Initially, i've asked myself "if a monkey knows where the trigger of a gun is or if he can even hold a gun correctly since its just a dumb animals". To my greatest surprise, i came across a video many years back which involved some militants who for God knows why, gave a monkey a rifle... This year's July when i was in London, I watched "The Dawn of the planet of the Apes 3D"

PARENTS: THE COMPASS TO CHILDREN'S CAREER

STEP 2: AWAKEN YOUR CHILD INTEREST       Dreams Are Wishes. In the previous step, we discussed your child’s dreams, his/her imaginary vision of the future; they are important because they express his/her wish for happiness. Dreams leap from the present into the future in one movement. They open your child to new possibilities, but, in fact, dreams are often merely symbols of what your child really values, desires, and likes. This step is still under “Self-discovery stage”. Now that you must have encouraged your child to dream, it doesn’t stop there; as a parent you have to move your child from dreaming towards the discovery of activities that he actually likes to do as well as making an in-depth move towards figuring out your child’s hobbies, personal interest and recreational activities which act as symbolic expressions of your child’s hidden career interest. Your child’s interests are a good indicator of his work preferences—the types of work he would enjoy. If your c

Believe me at some point picking a gun to empty the bullet chamber on a control freak won’t be a bad idea but hey “no one will forgive you for not handling things maturely”.

MEETING GOD HALF WAY by Dontel Rajis

(Mark 10 – 46 – 52) talks about Jesus healing a blind man Bartimaeus. Something caught me about that particular verse, the bible recorded that Bartimaeus shouted when he heard the anointed one (Jesus) passing by, for him to recognize him and at least give him an opportunity for a quick miraculous encounter. He (the blind man Bartimaeus), was rebuked by the crowed for calling out to Jesus. Rather than stop he increased in the volume of his tone, yelling out to the master even more. (Watch this)Jesus heard him (blind man Bartimaeus) and said “ Tell him to come here ” , Bartimaeus threw down his coat and hurried to Jesus. Jesus then asked him “ what do you want from me ” in other words “ what do you want me to do for you ”. Bartimaeus replied I want to see, Jesus then told him “ Go! Your faith has made you well ” and immediately his eyes opened.      I want you to draw out 3 key points from the illustration above on how we can receive from God.

ATTITUDE by SkyQuin

Just like how gold is made beautiful and pure by its hot, form charging smelting, so is a man made or marred by the experience which he has undergone. These processes though sometimes unpleasant are necessary for making a man who he is . A gold smith does not spare his metal the heat of the furnace because he knows that a low heat will only serve to make it devoid of goodness in time to come, he perseveres with no consideration for himself, purifies the metal and makes it a lot most sought after commodity . It goes to say therefore that the knowledge we have gathered over the years through our individual experiences were necessary in the persons that we have become, it was aimed at beautifying us and making us of unquantifiable worth . This is the furnace where our attitudes are formed. These are the properties we have chosen to take away from those purifying processes and therefore it forms the foundations of our being. Our thought pattern, mindset, behaviour and gen

#Silence

Every come across this quote? “Silence is the best answer for a fool” . Hummm… what’s so powerful about silence that it can be used as a weapon especially when it comes to addressing fools?    I have heard couple of people complain how much they dislike “ Quiet ” people, maybe because they are scared of the unknown. Although, every human has silence installed in their being which comes in very handy with issues that affect happiness.    Even the Bible is concerned about silence Proverbs 17:28: Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is considered wise; When he closes his lips, he is considered prudent.

THE CALL by Dontel Rajis

SMART #STUDY by NewdawnBrother

Students go through the battlefield of understanding which doesn’t only limit their grade but affect their personality at some point due to recurring failures. Thanks to Information Communication Technology, it’s high time you say goodbye to poor grades. Information Communication Technology if used adequately is the best tool that can soak a student into the pool of knowledge.    “Your eyes store only 50% of what it sees while the ears store another 50% resulting to a 100% when combined” . This statement can be related to a course in mass communication which x-rays the difference between the two major broadcast medium which is Radio and Television. The Radio which is the cheapest means of broadcast appeals to only one sense which is the ears unlike the Television which appeals to two senses which is the Ears and Eyes therefore making it cut through barrier of forgetfulness. The television medium promotes and enhances photographic memory.

"SHIP"

When it comes to friendSHIP and relationSHIP, we need to take note of the suffix. Its not there to make the lips sail around, it is there for a real voyage.    If you have a good friend you care about so much, share this 21st Century poem with him/her (smile)
