Blogger Vs. Journalist

Blogger or Journalist, which one are you? Sometimes people often confuse these two professions but they somewhat share questionable borders regardless of their distinct super powers.

Let’s see it this way. Say Blogger is a street dancer while Journalist is a classical dancer (if you know what I mean). Journalist play by the rules while Bloggers break the rules and make a subculture of its own that attracts global attention.

Let’s understand the term “Blogger”

A blogger is someone who owns a site that reflects, share, opinions, and discusses various topics in the form of an online journal. He writes in an informal tone.

Let’s understand the term “Journalist”

A journalist is a keeper of a journal, a reporter, someone who professionally makes a living reporting on news and current events.  He mostly writes in a formal tone.

No doubt some journalist are now setting up their various blogs and websites which are of more advantage thereby dividing blogging into various kinds such as News, motivation, gadgets, sports, gossips, musical, etc.

    1. Hello, apologies for my late reply, my suggestion would be go for a free platform first (wordpress most advisable) when you have gotten used to the tools, technicalities, concepts, then you can upgrade to a paid version. You get the most out of wordpress honestly, i wish i had started my blog on that platform back then.

But its all great. Wishing you the very best in your writing journey.
