Right from inception, the male ego is naturally designed to be energetic, antagonistic, and problematic when it cuts across an opposition. Most parents have taught their sons to be the head and nothing short of the shoulders. (of course, no one is dragging the head with you)

Will you marry her if she earns more than you?

I asked this question on my facebook recently and I got a couple of surprising answers.

Many boys grew up seeing ladies as weaker vessels i.e they have little or less to contribute in life except being a portal through which babies arrive on earth.

Along the line, misunderstanding of gender role has aroused lots of demanding problems.

This notion has made a lot of men envious and jealous whenever their ladies or wives earn something higher than them. Their attitude becomes uncontrollable because the law of financial gravity has crumbled.

Your manhood isn’t demolished if she earns more than you. How you spice up your personality, expand your knowledge, make yourself useful, build goals and checkmate them makes you her Lord.

Before I upload the article “How to date a Rich Girl” let’s get down on one major step that prepares you into dating a Rich Girl.

Increase your functional Capacity

Below is a scenario I painted and sent to different people to get their views on this subject matter about a lady earning more than a man.

Mr A man owned a small business that has 4-5 people employed. For a small company, he is very comfortable and meets his business goals.

Mr B is working in a company that employs say, 40-100 staff. He earns a little higher than Mr A.Miss C owns a company that has 200-500 staff. She is single and needs to settle down.

Between Mr A and Mr B who do you think she will fall in love with? What are your reasons?

Here are some answers;

Ezinee

Miss C will go for Mr A because

I) They share a lot in common to carrying degrees of responsibilities

II) They are both employers

III) He owns his business which means there's a possibility of a collaboration which can bring growth to both parties.

IV) As a single woman, she will need a man who understands how to run a business and not just an employee....

Grace

Miss C will go for Mr A He owns his company, and is meeting his business goals; he's making progress, he can certainly grow his company. He has more security unlike Mr b who's working for someone else and could lose that job. Mr A also has initiative and courage, running his own business. There's a way his mind works, and that'll take him far. Nothing more manly than a man who's his own boss.

Cynthia

She might go for Mr A cause they have something in common. He will understand business, profit and loss more Dan Mr B.

Joy

Because he owns the business and not an employee...an employer can wake up one day and sack Mr B, so Mr B's job is not secured.

Bryan

I choose Mr A because he has fewer responsibilities and fewer people depending on him for livelihood and thus he will have more time for her. Apparently, money is no issue to her seeing as she can afford to pay hundreds of people. (Assuming I am her)

Steve

Mr A is an entrepreneur with goals which he meets. He is a step ahead of the Mr B in terms of taking risks and achievements. He is independent.

Minding the fact that our Beautiful Miss C is also an Entrepreneur, she would love the Man who can share thoughts with her in terms of growing business from experiences and opinions.

Mr B's Boss can wake up one morning and say his village people asked him to fire him. So that's sending him back to being unemployed.

My thoughts

Before any company employs anyone, they ensure the person is fit for the role and this includes their knowledge, skills, strength, success and testimonies.

Same format applies when a lady is seeking for a mate. This makes Mr A the sure man for Miss C.

Ladies are attracted to success…success is success…there is no big success or small success. What matter is how you can translate such success to her understanding.

Wrap up

The moment a man builds himself and establish a good name, his confidence and function increases, causing him to be a plus with whomever you choose to be with.

Marriage or dating is never a competition; it’s a complementation process rather.

So get rid of that myopic attitude and poverty mentality that says its impossible or difficult to date a rich girl.
